The Burlington Minor Football Association is excited to announce that our 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022.
This meeting will be held in a mixed format, as we will be meeting in person, but will offer the parallel option of tuning in to the meeting on Zoom.
Meeting Details:
In-Person - will be held at the Central Arena Auditorium in Burlington, from 7:00-9:00pm
Virtual - will be held synchronously on Zoom.
All who wish to attend will need to register so that we can add them to the voters' list. The details on how to register to attend will be made available by Tuesday, April 12th.
Those members who do not wish to attend may transfer their vote by proxy using the "Proxy Form" below.

MAIN POINTS of business
- We will be presenting the audited financial statements for the 2021 fiscal year.
- The board will present a motion to amend the by-laws to modify the structure of the board as well as other changes. See the documents "Final BMFA draft bylaws" and "Blackline Revised Bylaws" below.
- We will also hold the election for the new board of directors to serve through to the next AGM.
BY-LAW AMENDMENT REVIEW PROCESS
Anyone with questions or comments regarding the amended by-laws should send them to BMFA Secretary, Peter Wilson no later than April 13th.
Any proposed changes to the amended by-laws need to be sent to the BMFA President, Dan Condon, by April 13th.
HOW TO ATTEND
Members are encouraged to attend the AGM in person or online via Zoom. Members are eligible if they:
- Are currently registered in a Summer Stamps program;
- Are currently registered to play Spring Flag Football;
- Were registered in Fall Tackle;
- Were registered in Fall Flag;
- Were registered in Fall Fusion Football.
To make sure we can accommodate everyone, we are asking everyone who is interested in attending to register by sending an email to voting@burlingtonfootball.ca. Please indicate your name, your child's name(s) (if the player is under 18), and what program(s) that were participated in.
